Accuracy of what is published here
Everything on this site is published in good faith and kept as current as we can. Sample itineraries, suggested durations, seasons and descriptions of places and activities are illustrative: they describe the trips we typically design, not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on this website constitutes a quotation. A binding arrangement arises only when you have approved a written itinerary from us and our booking conditions have been accepted.
No prices are published here
By design. Every trip is costed individually after we have spoken to you, and any figure quoted to you personally is valid for the period stated in that quotation.
Third-party operators
Where we describe activities run by third parties, such as boat operators, helicopter companies and lodges, those descriptions are our own and the activities remain subject to the third party's own terms, licences and conditions.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, itineraries and design of this site belong to Cape Compass Travel (Pty) Ltd or are used with permission. You are welcome to quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce itineraries or photography commercially without written permission.
