Accuracy of what is published here
Everything on this site is published in good faith and kept as current as we can. Sample itineraries, suggested durations, seasons and descriptions of places and activities are illustrative: they describe the programmes we typically run, not an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on this website constitutes a quotation. A binding arrangement arises only when a written proposal from us has been accepted and our trade terms apply to it.
No rates are published here
By design. Every programme is costed for its dates, party and properties, and any figure we send you is valid for the period stated in the proposal.
Third-party operators
Where we describe activities run by third parties, such as boat operators, helicopter companies and hotels, those descriptions are our own and the activities remain subject to the third party's own terms, licences and conditions.
Using our text in your client documents
The text, itineraries and design of this site belong to Escapeades (Pty) Ltd. If you are a tour operator, travel designer or agent selling our services, you are welcome to use the text of our itinerary, region and experience pages in your own client documents and on your own website, edited as you see fit, without attribution.
That permission covers words, not photographs. Much of the photography on this site is licensed from third parties or used with permission, and is not ours to pass on. Anyone else is welcome to quote short extracts with attribution and a link.

We link to third-party sites where they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Availability
We make no promise that this site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here affects any statutory right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act or, if you are resident there, under the law of the United Kingdom or the European Union.
